ABC’s Egyptian TV drama series about sex scandals on air, but ABC says it will air at 8pm
The Egyptian TV series The Affair is set to be broadcast on ABC in 2020 and ABC TV in 2021.
The series follows a couple in Cairo’s Giza district who go on an illicit affair while trying to survive a harsh winter.
A number of characters from the show have died in the past year.
The show has also featured a female lead, a boy who is the victim of a car-ramming attack and a couple who fall for each other while travelling to the desert.
“The Affair has been the subject of intense scrutiny since it first aired in January,” ABC TV said.
The series was based on a novel by journalist and journalist-turned-author El-Shabab Mohamed. “
We will continue to show the show, but we are confident that viewers will be able to enjoy it and enjoy it in its original context.”

“For the first time in our history, we will be bringing back a show from Egypt that has inspired many of our viewers, and has been so influential for Egypt and Egypt’s people.”
